How we communicate
HOA information is distributed to Reserve members by email and/or U.S. Mail as needed. Important notices are also posted at the Communication Center near the Reserve Pocket Park (Lot 7).

Keep your contact info current
Members are responsible for providing the Board of Directors with updated mailing and email addresses to ensure receipt of HOA notices.

Escrow notifications
Members must notify the Board of any upcoming escrow to facilitate the required escrow package for new members.

Board meetings
Notice of the date, location, and agenda for Board meetings will be provided at least 10 days in advance.
If you have an issue requiring Board attention, please submit a written request with a brief description and any supporting details to thereserveatheceta@gmail.com.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The ARC meets on an as-needed basis to review submitted requests for lot changes.
