Board of Directors
About the Board
The Board of Directors is elected by the Reserve membership every two years through a mail-in ballot process. Nominations are solicited from all members prior to the election. During the voting period, each lot is entitled to one vote for nominated candidates and/or any write-in candidates.
Following the election, the newly elected Board appoints its Directors to their respective Officer positions. Each elected Board member serves a two-year term.

Member Dues
Annual Assessment
Dues are $400 per year, billed each January. Payment in full is due by March 1.
Unpaid dues are subject to a $150 per-month late fee, and accounts more than 90 days delinquent may be subject to lien action against the property.
Use of Funds
Member dues support the maintenance and operations of:

Private roads and easements

The Reserve Pocket Park

Common-area landscaping

Neighborhood signage

General business and administrative expenses
