HOA information is sent to Reserve members via email and/or U.S. Mail as needed.  Important notices are also posted at the communication center near the Reserve pocket park (Lot 7). When new information is presented, the red flag will be displayed.

Reserve members are responsible for providing the Board of Directors with updated address and email contact information to ensure receipt of HOA notices.  Please send any updates to the Board at [email protected].

Notice of the date, location and agenda for Board meetings will be announced at least 72 hours in advance. If you have an issue that requires Board attention, please submit a detailed explanation of the issue in writing to [email protected].

The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) meets on an as-needed basis in response to requests for ARC approval of lot changes. If you wish to submit a request for ARC review, please review the Architectural Review page on this website for further instructions.
