The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is elected by the Reserve membership every two years via mail-in ballots.  Nominations are solicited from the entire membership before the election period.  Reserve members vote for nominated Board candidates and/or may write in additional candidates on the ballot during the voting process.  Each Reserve lot is entitled to one vote.  Once elected, the Board appoints its Directors to their respective Officer positions.  Elected Board members serve for two years.

Effective March 1, 2025, the Board members are as follows:

Shar Volf – President – Board term expires 2/28/2027

Vicki Huizar – Treasurer –  Board term expires 2/28/2027

Karen Wilson – Secretary – Board term expires 2/28/2026

Dues

Dues are currently $300 per year and are billed to members via mail each January.  Payment in full is due by March 1 of each year.  Unpaid dues are subject to late fees, which are assessed at $50 per month, and after 90 days of delinquency, lien action will be initiated on the property.

Member dues are used to pay for maintenance of private roads, the Reserve’s Pocket Park, landscape maintenance of common areas, and signage within the development, among other maintenance and business expenses.
