The Board
The current Board of Directors is listed below, along with current Officer Positions. The Board is elected by the membership every two years via mail-in ballots. Nominations are solicited from the membership prior to the election period. The Board appoints its Directors to Officer positions. Board member terms are for two years.
President: Karen Gabler – Board term expires 2/28/2025
Secretary: David Carrillo – Board term expires 2/28/2025
Treasurer: Donna Cornish – Board term expires 2/28/2025
Dues
Dues are currently $300 per year and are billed via mail each January. Payment in full is due by March 1 of each year.
Your dues pay for maintenance of private roads, street lighting, landscape maintenance of common areas, and signage within the development, among other maintenance and business expenses.
Unpaid dues are subject to a late fee until paid in full. Unpaid dues will result in the placement of a property lien.
