The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving activities related to building or changing lots in the Reserve. The Architectural Review Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors.
Any changes to your lot require Architectural Review and written approval before proceeding. This includes, without limitation, clearing/grading the lot, building your home, additions or out-buildings, structural changes, concrete and walkways, retaining walls, fences, major landscaping and changes to paint color. Minor landscape changes (plants, trees, landscape bark) typically do not require ARC approval. When in doubt, please ask before proceeding with your plans. The Reserve HOA is not responsible for costs incurred by landowners if you are required to remove or revise lot changes that have not been approved in writing by the ARC.
Requests for ARC review may be submitted via email to: [email protected]. Please review the CC&Rs in full before submitting a request and ensure that your request complies with the CC&Rs in all respects.
Architectural Review of new builds requires completion of the packet linked below. Please complete the packet and submit it to the ARC at [email protected].
